Transcript Requests for Fulll-time Students

If you require an official transcript to a postsecondary institution, please return the following information to the Guidance Secretary 15 days prior to the application deadline.

  1. Complete the Transcript Release form and list the name and address of each recipient.  One release form needs to be completed for each college of university.

  3. Return your Transcript Release form to the Guidance Department by mail, fax, email, or hand delivering 15 days prior to the application deadline.

Please note official transcripts cannot be released directly to students, parents and/or guardians.

 


Former Mercer County Technical School Students

If you are a graduate of a Mercer County Technical School program, and you are looking for your final grades, please follow the directions listed below. If you need an official high school transcript with your technical school grade listed, please contact the high school you attended for an official transcript.  If you are looking to obtain your shop program certificate, we do not keep copies of those on file.

If you are a Cosmetologist, you will need to contact the State Board, please visit their website: www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/cosmetology for more information. 

If you attended an HVAC program, please visit the following website: www.escoinst.com. Click on “replacement cards”, and then fill in the fields required to complete the replacement process.

Please return the following information to the Guidance Department 15 days prior to the application deadline.
